Default 2009 filing address for federal tax return

Hi,

I have to file the tax form for 2009. I had the form prepared by H&R,
and I got confused with the mailing addresses.
The envelope I got has one, the leaflet I got from H&R with my 1040
copy has another one, the IRS web service has a third one, and when I
called the IRS I was told the forth one.

I live in Illinois, I have to file form 1040 ES(NR) with payment.
Which one shell I use?

Thanks in advance.
