| OK so there is a good rumor going around about the 8k housing credit for new home owners. My wife and I are young and still in school. I'm looking try and buy a house with the market being low and having really good credit. The problem is that I go to school in Idaho and by no means plan to live in there for 3 years. I heard that I must live in the house for 3 years. Is this true? Are there any ways around it? IE buy a house in another state and make that my home? and just come back to it when I'm done with school? I will be done in August of 09.
