Dear moderator, this post is off topic for tax issues. Bill, you
might have to click the sign out button and sign in as yourself.

Ok. Now I'm really confused. (Is that better than stupid?)
The from line above this posting window says, "Bill Brown
<brownwp[at]longwood.edu> " which is what it said when I was composing my
previous post (the one about using, or misusing, my wife's computer).
But, that post (and the one before it) purports to have been made by
an "Andrea Brown" which is my wife's name. My wife was using my
computer yesterday. What did she do to my google account?

Bill Brown

That will teach me to leave my wife's computer alone.

Default Mark to Market election

Situation:
T/P makes an election by 4/15/09 for MTM. He has net $50k in losses,
but can only use $3k this year. Can he use the entire carryover $47k
next year?
