First Congress passed the Energy Improvement and Extension Act of we they had a draft, Congress just passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Again.. the draft has to be revised. That's just two bills I am aware of. There may have been others that affected the 3468. -- << ------------------------------------------------------- > << The foregoing was not intended or written to be used, > << nor can it used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties > << that may be imposed upon the taxpayer. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting posts > << to this newsgroup as well as our anti-spamming policy > << are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2007) - All rights reserved. > << ------------------------------------------------------- > |

| Each of the last several years, I have used Turbotax to prepare my taxes and have filed electronically. This year when I try to file, I get a message that I am unable to file electronically due to Form 3468, Investment Tax Credit being included. The past 2 years I have had that form included and had no problems electronically filing. Anyone have any experience with this? Why would I be able to file in the past but not be able to file now? -- << ------------------------------------------------------- > << The foregoing was not intended or written to be used, > << nor can it used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties > << that may be imposed upon the taxpayer. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting posts > << to this newsgroup as well as our anti-spamming policy > << are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2007) - All rights reserved. > << ------------------------------------------------------- > |
