Default Does Requirment to Provide Section 751 Statment Preclude ElectronicFiling?

If one sells Partnership units from a Master Limited Partner (Oil
pipeline), the tax package provided by the partnership states that the
"Taxpayer provides the following statement as required by Treas. Regs.
Section1.751-1(a)(3)" , etc .etc.

I see no way of adding that statement to Turbotax or TaxCut so I presume
that the return has to be printed and mailed instead of e-filing. Is
that a correct assumption?
