The personal part goes on Schedule A. The part relating to the rental
is a deduction on Schedule E.

Default NJ deduction for taxes paid on rental real estate

In NJ you can get a deduction or a credit for real estate taxes paid.
Does this include real estate taxes paid on rental real estate for a 2
family house, or only the personnel portion?
