Probably. See IRS Publication 502 for required documentation and
limitations. Also be aware of possible employment taxes. See Publication

Default In-home health care?

I will be in an electric wheelchair in about six months and will need help
to get in and out of bed, dress, shower, use the toilet, and occasionally
prepare some food. Will any of the expenses of an aide about two hours a
day be deductible? Please cite the tax code section or reg. Thanks.
