I am not aware of any "free" online source that does what you
want in real-time. There are a variety of sources that provide
access to the code but it takes a while for any updates. Here are

Can anyone direct me to a source where the verbiage of this Act is
inserted into the source documents that are being modified by this
Act? That would make it much easier to follow than all the "amend
