Default question about Non Resident (NRA) tax withheld

Hi,

I fall into the NRA Non Resident category and after opening an account
with a USA broker, was required to file the W8-Ben form.

If my stock paid a dividend, is it true that 30% (or a percentage) of
the dividend will be withheld from me
due to my status as NRA investor?
