Default Any harm to paying Estimated Taxes a little late?

I will be running into a cash flow problem on 4/15 and won't be able to pay
my estimated taxes. Does paying them 2 weeks late make much difference, or
is it just 2 weeks of interest at 8% on the amount paid?
