Take a look at the tax form Turbo Tax generates and focus on lines 64
to 72. I'm guessing that line 63 (total tax) is zero. Doesn't seem
that the earned income credit applies as you have no earned income.
To the best of my knowledge, the stimulus plan has been signed into
law yet.

No, it's the earned income credit. Take a look at the return. You'll find
the $7,200 on line 7 of the 1040 and the $410 EIC on line 66a.

Default Turbo Tax says I get 400 and I didn't pay any in

I get disability. I get 1500 per month from SSI and I get 600 per
month from my local union disability fund.

I have nothing withheld.

Is the 400 bucks part of the stimulus package?
