Are your premiums paid with pre-tax dollars?

Simply prorate the amount paid by each on the two returns and maintain
suitable records to document same.

Default Health Insurance Premiums reimbursed by divorced spouse

I currently pay the health insurance premiums through my company and
my divorced spouse reimburses me the difference between single &
family coverage as part of our divorce agreement.

How do we claim the deduction for health insurance premiums when
filing our income tax this year? We live in Massachusetts.
