Default Tax Software Questions

It has long been my policy to post questions about
problems concerning tax software questions. This
policy actually had some reasoning behind it.

First, it would make people aware of the lack of
documentation that accompanies these various DIY
programs.

Second, someone would direct the poster to the
appropriate website or customer service phone
number to get the people to whom they paid for
service to give them service. <g
If your return is simple, these programs are
great. It's the complexities that are a killer.
