Schedule D. Depending on whether you sold in the same year,
or separate tax years, you may need to report in those
years. Are you sure that you are ready to deal with stock
ownership? It gets a lot more complicated than this.

Two entries on Schedule D of Form 1040. See IRS Publication
550 and the instructions for Schedule D.
