| Would these people be using Google Groups? GG had a major software [down/up]grade mid-January 2007 I've experienced severe problems with both reading and posting. Many ISPs like AOL dropped usenet and people switched to free web usenet such as Google Groups (purchased from deja-news). The old cliche "you get what you pay for ...". << ================================================== ===== > << The foregoing was not intended or written to be used, > << nor can it used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties > << that may be imposed upon the taxpayer. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting posts > << to this newsgroup as well as our anti-spamming policy > << are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2006) - All rights reserved. > << ================================================== ===== > |

I use Google Groups though, so I don't think that in my case it is an ISP issue.

| Someone e-mailed me today that his posts for the last week were not showing up on his news-server. After inspection, I found they weren't on mine either. Since I know I did not delete them, my speculation is that it was either an ISP problem or a transfer node problem. Fortunately whatever it was it was corrected in today. Has anyone else experienced this problem? << ================================================== ===== > << The above is intended for educational purposes only. > << It does NOT constitute legal OR professional advice. > << It cannot be used by any taxpayer, for the purpose of > << the purpose of avoiding penalties that may be imposed > << upon the taxpayer. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting posts > << to this newsgroup as well as our anti-spamming policy > << are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2006) - All rights reserved. > << ================================================== ===== > |
