| I recently made a mistake on my Flexible Spending Account reimbursement. I submitted a reimbursement request to my FSA administration after I had received a medical servcie and paid full amount. I thought my insurance doesn't cover on that expense. But I am wrong. After I got my check from my FSA. My insurance also pay part of that expense. Is there any one know how to get out of this trouble? Your advice will be very appreciated.
