Default Re: Mistake on Flexible Spending Account

You need to pay the money back into the FSA. Contact the
FSA administrators and explain the problem and they'll walk
you through redepositing the money.

Default Mistake on Flexible Spending Account

I recently made a mistake on my Flexible Spending Account
reimbursement. I submitted a reimbursement request to my
FSA administration after I had received a medical servcie
and paid full amount. I thought my insurance doesn't cover
on that expense. But I am wrong. After I got my check from
my FSA. My insurance also pay part of that expense. Is
there any one know how to get out of this trouble? Your
advice will be very appreciated.

Sam
