For example, if your company name is made up of more than one word have you tried hyphenating it? -- Vic Roberts Replace xxx with vdr in e-mail address. << ================================================== ===== > << The foregoing was not intended or written to be used, > << nor can it used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties > << that may be imposed upon the taxpayer. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting posts > << to this newsgroup as well as our anti-spamming policy > << are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2006) - All rights reserved. > << ================================================== ===== > |

No. You have to pay taxes based on correct accounting, but> accouting software like quickbooks? you don't have to buy software to do it. You can waste a lot of time doing it by hand, or you can pay an accountant. - quote - > And I registered my
New company or new name? | If anybody knows any of the following it would really help me up. If I ahve a small business, do i legally need to get accouting software like quickbooks? And I registered my company name, it turns out that the doain was already taken but I have already purchase a whole slew of products and expences to my company. Would a be able to transfer these expences to a new company name even though it was not exsisting at the time the expences were taken place? thx a bunch!
