Seems easier to use a variation of the company name as the
domain name instead of changing the name of the company.

For example, if your company name is made up of more than
one word have you tried hyphenating it?

No. You have to pay taxes based on correct accounting, but
you don't have to buy software to do it. You can waste a
lot of time doing it by hand, or you can pay an accountant.

New company or new name? If you keep the same company and
change its name, that should avoid the problem. (If you
start a new company and the old one sells the new one the
stuff, the new one has expenses and the old one breaks even;
but anything used is gone.)

If anybody knows any of the following it would really help
me up.

If I ahve a small business, do i legally need to get
accouting software like quickbooks? And I registered my
company name, it turns out that the doain was already taken
but I have already purchase a whole slew of products and
expences to my company. Would a be able to transfer these
expences to a new company name even though it was not
exsisting at the time the expences were taken place?

thx a bunch!
