| My spouse is an officer of our S-Corp and so far I was the sole earner for the corporation. We both used to draw reasonable salaray from my income. Now she has become employee of some other corporation and thus earning a salary from them which is not counted as income of our S-Corp. 1. Should I continue to to keep her as officer of our S-Corp and keep paying her salary? or 2. Keep her as officer and not pay her salary? or 3. Remove her as an officer? Any help is greately appreciated. -- Sameer << ================================================== ===== > << The foregoing was not intended or written to be used, > << nor can it used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties > << that may be imposed upon the taxpayer. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting posts > << to this newsgroup as well as our anti-spamming policy > << are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2006) - All rights reserved. > << ================================================== ===== > |
