Maximum contributions for a SEP are (net income from
self-employment minus one half the SE tax) times 20%.

For SEP you have until the due date, including extensions,
so 10/15 would be your deadline if you extended, assuming
all other conditions are met.

What are the rules regarding max contributions SEP IRA and
QRP Keoghs ?

Are they the same for SEP IRA's and Keogh Plans ?

I am more concerned with 2005 SEP IRA contribution Rules.

Can I open a SEP IRA account now for 2005 or is it too late?
I have an Oct 15 th extension

Kalpana
