Yes, it will.

It should. By "very small business" do you mean
sole-proprietorship?

This is really not a tax software forum, but perhaps a short
discussion of software will be tolerated :-)

I have a one-person consulting business. I was a Sole
Proprietor for the first two years and used a combination of
Excel and TurboTax Home & Business, which worked but was not
ideal. When I incorporated I began working with an
accountant and he suggested I switch to QuickBooks. He said
he made more money than he wanted to fixing bookkeeping
errors made by people who wanted to use TurboTax to run
their small business.

I don't like Intuit at all, and in fact stopped using
TurboTax for my personal income taxes, but have stayed with
QuickBooks since it works. (Though I have not upgraded since
I purchased my original copy - because it works.)

I send my QuickBooks file to my accountant near the end of
the year so he can look things over and calculate a couple
of depreciation entries for me. I then send him a final
copy of the file after I close my books for the year so he
can prepare my corporate tax return.

Default Turbo tax for small business

I have a VERY small business - not one I make a living off
of, but one which generates a fair amount by year's end and
also racks up bills in equipment (music - photography).

Income and expenses are not hard to do at all. But the
depreciation on equipment, etc I have always found
confusing. Will Turbo Tax Premier help with proper
depreciation, mileage, etc?
