check with your state government. In California, the
Secretary of State.

Start with any state's department of state. You incorporate
through a state.

Better yet, start with a local attorney and/or CPA.

Legal requirements for business entity creation rest with
each State. You would need to contact the proper department
(usually called Secretary of State or Department of State)
in the State in which you intend to incorporate to obtain
the necessary form(s) and fee requirements.

Every state is different. To incorporate in California, you
file Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State.

Default 'C' Corporation legal forms

Do you know what legal form you need to start a 'C'
Corporation in the US? And if there is a place on-line to
find it?
