For 2005, though, I believe the returns are sent to either Austin Service Center or a lockbox in Dallas. You can look up the addresses on the IRS website irs.gov under the heading "Where to File." | Does anyone know offhand where one would file taxes that would include form 2555 (Foreign Income Exclusion)? I have been digging for about 3 hours and I believe that they need to be sent to Philadelphia, but I cannot find anything to support that in the 2555 IRS Instructions for the 2005 Tax year. I know it has been to phily for the past years ... just can't find anything to support that for this tax season and I have been all over the IRS.gov site.
