I've had a few. If you prepare the owner's return, I would
show it coming in, then going out with a notation such as
"received in error for corp xyz, ID#xx-xxxxxxx.

No, but I wouldn't advise it, since the sole employee is
most likely an/THE officer and as such is statutory
employee.
