Default Interest deduction for rental house on 2 lots

I'm buying a rental house and lot for $40,000. The house is
on lot 1 and the septic system for the house is on lot 2.

There are no easements. The sewage from lot 1 is discharged
to lot 2 and combining the parcels is not an option.

Can I deduct the interest from the purchase of lot 2 on
Schedule E?

Thanks
