Completely and absolutely FALSE. Several newspapers are in> sell information. (I'll return to > filing by paper if they take up the IRS's offer.) the process of retractions, or so I'm told. IRS in a release in December announced that EXISTING rules were to be clarified relating to practioners' conduct relating to their client's allowing release of certain (and not ALL information). Wouldn't you know it? Newspapers such as the Noo Yawk Times misinterpreted the December announcement which they just now "uncovered", sensing I suppose a government cover up. Having just read the URL above, I see nothing new.
