| I have $2199 of profits which I distributed in Dec. and $801 of non-deductible expenses (meals & ent.). All is reported properly on the K-1. When I fill in Sched M-2, I can account for the distribution, but how do I account for the $801 of non-deductible expenses? As it stands, the $801 shows up as a balance.
