Hmmmm.. sounds like not a large business enterprise. Are
you sure you even have to complete a schedule M-2 Or
balance sheets?

Look on page 2 for a burning question about half way down
the page.

Default CA 100S - Sched M-2 Doesn't Add Up

I have $2199 of profits which I distributed in Dec. and $801
of non-deductible expenses (meals & ent.).

All is reported properly on the K-1.

When I fill in Sched M-2, I can account for the
distribution, but how do I account for the $801 of
non-deductible expenses?

As it stands, the $801 shows up as a balance.
