For example, miles to the office in the morning and miles to home from whatever his last business stop of the day was are all commuting miles. Mileage between the office and/or construction sites during the day are deductible. Detailed logs will be required to support the deduction shoud the need ever arise (i.e., audit). << ================================================== ===== > << The foregoing is intended for educational purposes only > << and does NOT constitute legal OR professional advice. > << > << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org. > << Copyright (2006) - All rights reserved. > << ================================================== ===== > |
