Not sure if we've discussed this yet or not. However, if a
taxpayer qualifies, then yes, I will figure it, unless it's
apparent that my time is more valuable than any estimated
benefit to client.

Then each partner qualifies under the "SOL" rules, since no
other W-2 employees; just the partners if I read you right.
IOW, can't "impute" any salaries to partners for these
purposes.

Default Sec 199 domestic production deductions

I'm sure this has been discussed already, but I missed the
posts. First, if a client's business is mostly qualified for
the deduction, are you going thru the minute detail of
figuring the amount or, at least for 2005, planning to use
net income as the basis for calculation?

Second, since a minimum of half of salaries is part of the
determination, what will you do with two man partnerships
that have no salaries?
