You may file a form 1040X which is downloadable from the
website irs.gov

You may amend for both years.

Then amend your 2003 and 2004 tax returns. Use form 1040X
and mail it in.

Yes, you can. You need to file a 1040-X for each of those
years, since they still fall within the 3 year amendment
limit.

You can still amend your 2003 and 2004 tax returns to obtain
a refund. What you can't do is claim your 2003/2004
interest payments on your 2005 tax return.

Default Income Tax - can I claim 2 years of student loan interests paid that I didn't include before?

Hi, I just found out that I could have deducted my student
loan interests when I file my taxes. I never did because I
thought I was ineligible. Is it possible for me to claim all
those taxes I missed out? Or is too late? It would just be
two years that I did not include - for 2003 and 2004.
