Default Tuition Expence Deduction in 2006?

I prepared estimated taxes for 2006 with turbo tax and i
noticed that the tuition expense for my son (in the past
couple of years was up to 4000) is no longer accepted. Did
the tuition expense deduction expired or eligibility limit
is lower and i no longer qualified?

Thanks, Alex
