problem I registered with the Times (and several other
places) using a special e-mail address for each site. I
have never received any spam from anyone on that address,
only things from the Times. So fears of the address being

I must jump to Brother Harlan's defense. He is not
opposed to registering per se. He just doesn't want his
personal information in the hands of damnyankee liberals
who might possibly sell his information for a profit to
