Dick,

Does this give you the former Johnny Damon look?

Moderator: More like the Kenny Rogers look.

With Stu's name on it? I swear I saw that bottle on his bar

There was a special seminar on that in law school.

I've had both rotator cuffs repaired. I then spent months
after each surgery muttering "shoot me, please somebody
shoot me."

I'm mostly ambidextrous, but shaving left-handed was a new
experience complete with multiple cuts each time.

Perhaps you can use a variation of a proof one of my math
profs used to prove that every number is an "interesting"
number.

First make a list of all "special" occasions. Every other
date would be on a list of not-special occasions.

But then take a look at the first day of the year that is
not a special occasion - let's say it's January 2. Well,
being the first day that's not a special occasion makes it a
pretty special occasion! So you put it on that other list.

But then, January 3 is the earliest day of the year that's
on the list of not-special occasions. It qualifies as a
special occasion for that reason!

And so on.

Stu

Moderator:
I consider the ringing of my telephone, a television
commercial, and turning the page in a book to be special
occasions. Susan disagrees. She also doesn't understand
that you can't maintain a bar bill and a "C" average.

At least you're home.
And while Crown Royal isn't morphine, it's better than

Do make sure you get the proper pain medications. Many
doctors are either unaware or don't care. Jane Brody (I
believe that's who it was and the correct spelling) had some
first person experiences about her knee surgery in a few of
her NY Times columns, that were *not* funny.

A coworker (MD himself) had some choice remarks after
undergoing hefty dental work. The next time he was rather
more assertive.

MY "Butchers-of-Choice" are Greater Chesapeake Orthopaedic.
They are so good that 70 hours after the surgery, the pain
is now bearable.

Much to my amazement, you are not on my list of alcohol

short recovery period surgery. I have 5-gallons of mead

Isn't moderation under the influence contrary to the charter?

This was my sixth surgery under a general anestetic in the

Default Surgical report

It was supposed to be minor surgery to remove the tip of my
right collar bone. BUT once inside he found a tear in a
muscle and repaired it. Thank God it wasn't my rotator cuff.
I ![at]#$%^& hurt.

Ah shooda took da morphine drip home wit me!
