In simple terms: a substitute form is acceptable provided it
has all the information required on the D-1 in a similar
format. Each sale must be shown individually.

He pops up on the ABA tax section list-server once
in a while.

I am not really interested in the sched D, but I have
wondered what had happened to EZ. I follow this group and
always enjoyed his posts until he suddenly disappeared. Now
I know where to find him again.
