Default Re: COBRA Premium & S -Coproration

Yes: You distribute the payment as W-2 wages to yourself.
You then deduct the premiums she paid as Self Employed
Health Insurance deduction on line 29 of 1040l for 2005.
See the instructions for that line in the 1040 Instructions,
and SE Health Insurance as an expenses in your 1120S
instructions. That is presuming her employer is not
subsidizing the COBRA. That is, employer is charging her
102% of cost.

Default COBRA Premium & S -Coproration

I have S-Corporation and currently paying health premium
via my wife's COBRA. We're paying almost $$$ /month for
the premium. My wife is an employee of my S-corp. She's
is not a share holder. Can I re-imburse my wife for COBRA
premium from my S-corp?

Can you please help me with above question?
Would appreciate appropriate ref. IRS code or publication.
