Default tax planning strategy

individual has a sch c that will likely have a loss of
$50000 additionally has itemized deductions that make
taxable income -$65000 has a rollover ira from a previous
job

can taxpayer roll $65000 from ira to a roth?

doing so will zero out taxable income
