I'm not a tax pro, but my son recently graduated from
college and the NY State plan documents said we could
contribute until he graduated. There is also no holding
period for our plan, so we could make a contribution
for the year in which he graduated.

Default 529 plan - question

Can you continue to contribute to a 529 plan & take
advantage of the tax incentives once the beneficiary enters
college?

Thanks in advance,
Eddie
