A nonresident alien cannot be a stockholder in an S
corporation (IRC Sec. 1361). Since you are a resident
alien, you are not ineligible.

I believe non-resident aliens cannot be shareholders in an
S-corp.

Are S-corporations restricted to US citizens only
I am a legal permanent resident (Green card) can I open my
