Well I DO declare, I think you're right about that, Dick.
It was Earl, the governor. I first saw her in Bal'mer of
course, but then in the 80's saw that she was then in
N'awleens, prominently (pun intended) displayed on Bourbon
Street. Did she return to Bal'mer? and btw, I doubt she
would remember me.

I learned of Huey Long when I attended the University of the
Promised Land!

Russell Long, former US Senator once said "Don't tax you,
don't tax me. Tax that fellow behind the tree."

Long was the son of Huey Long, former governor of Louisiana.
And if you remember him you either watch too much late night
TV, are a history buff or you are bit older than me.
