Not that I know of. In general, you can keep a corporation
inactive as a shell indefinitely, as long as you keep up the
paperwork. It will have to file NJ corporate business tax
returns and pay the $500 minimum tax annually, and file
whatever reports may be required by the NJ Secretary of
State, in order to remain in existence as a corporation in
good standing in NJ.
