return.

No. Treasury stock doesn't even receive dividends from a C
corporation.

No. The "S" Corporation can not own itself.

If an S-corp holds treasury stock and a distribution is made
to shareholders, does the S-corp receive a distribution too?

Also, would the s-corp get its own K-1 form for it's
proportional share if income or loss?
