Default Representation Training

Harland is absolutely correct. I second taking the NTPI 3
year course. I became a fellow (you become one after
graduating from the 3 yrs of training) in the early nineties
and it helped me in all aspects of building and managing
with my son a 13,500 + tax return practice.

The knowledge gained is invaluable! Good Luck!

You've hit the nail on the head, yes siree! The NTPI
course to be held week after next is THE way to go. Since
the full course is divided into three sections, it may take
three years to complete it, but from all comments I've ever
heard, it's well worth it.

No, I've not taken the whole course, but since I've had a
good amount of time already doing rep work, and having taken
many CPE's in the subject, I do plan to be there and have
registered for the sampler, called "Taste of NTPI."
(Hmmm, maybe like a wine tasting?)

Anyway, going to the NAEA annual meeting anyway, and will
combine with some serious railroading while there, even a
visit up to old Bal'mer.

Default Representation training

I received my EA in 2004.

I want to learn about representation and am considering the
following;

- PPC,s Guide To Dealing With the IRS

- IRS Tax Collection Procedures(3rd Ed.) by R. S. Schriebman

- The NAEA NTPI coursed conducted annually in D.C.

I would greatly appreciate any comments or guidance.

Thank you
