(Dick - Even if you do not post this, I hope you at least
get a chuckle.)

Sorry Paul, but "J" is OJ's middle initital (Orenthal James
Simpson"; so your conspiracy theory is - WAIT . . .

A) J for James

B) J for Jackson

C) Jackson historically = Jack's son

D) Jack is a nickname for John

E) John and James were apostles and brothers

BEGIN TAX CONNECTION FOR OUR ESTEEMED MODERATOR

1) The apostles were part of the beginnings of a now large
religious organization that has tax-exempt status.

2) James' and John's "leader" threw the tax collectors out
of the temple.

END TAX CONNECTION FOR OUR ESTEEMED MODERATOR

F) The apostle John was decapitated // OJ allegedly slit
his wife's throat

G) A certain religious organization is having troubles with
certain of its members having inappropriate relations
with little boys.

H) Michael Jackson is having troubles with allegedly having
inappropriate relations with little boys.

So, perhaps there is a conspira - I've got to go, the black
helicopters are coming!!

Any morons on a jury can decide whatever they want. It sets
no precedent whatsoever.

I wouldn't call it a "win" just because he didn't get
convicted on criminal charges.

He still lost his license, he still owes (or has paid) back
taxes, penalties and interest.

It's by no means a "win" for Banister.

This is about Joe Banister who is a Lynne Meredith look-a-like,
i.e., a promoter of tax scams that result in their clients,
followers, minions, et. al. doing jail time while they walk.

Banister appears to be a Kal-E-forn-YA CPA (read NFL as in
"Not for Long") who prepared "nonsense" tax returns for his
clients.

What's the score now? IRS 25,000; Protesters 3?
