I don't know who may have prior federal withholding tables.

My friend Sonia has taken on preparing back years' tax
returns for a collection service. We need to get withholding
tables or Publ. 15 and the equivalent Calif. DE-44 for the
past ten years. Is there a location online where I could
download this info? Publ. 15 isn't available on the IRS site
Forms and Pubs.
