The typical process requires that you submit continuation claim forms on a timely basis (weekly, biweekly, etc.). These claim forms require that you identify how much you may have earned. This amount would include your net earnings (income less cost of goods less business expenses) from self-employment. The mere fact that you may have SE income does not preclude you from continuing to collect UI benefits.
