There should have been a sepate computation of AMT
depreciation, which is generally a longer life and a
straight line method. So in short, you have 2 depreciation
schedules. And the depreciation occurs every year for each.

If you could not take a depreciation deduction on your
investment property because of AMT, do you still reduce your
cost basis by that amount or you freeze your cost basis.
Any ideas?
