let me take a wild guess here. 140 lbs is what his previous
wife weighed? :;

Wrong again, mi amigo. He really lost the weight. I did
not recognize him. I lost 80 pounds once, but that was in
a casino in London.

Speaking of Mr. Z., will we be seeing any of him now that
tax season is over, or has he moved on to new online
pastures?

Mr. Z. appears to have lost 140 lbs and has gotten married
again. As the late Johnny Carson once said "Marriage must
be a good idea because I keep doing it."

Another problem with top-posting is that many people do NOT
trim the stuff below. Thus, you end up with endless
bandwidth-consuming repetition of prior messages. This makes
the group difficult to read (because you're never sure
whether you need to look through the stuff below for
additional comments) and it also makes searching of archives
inefficient because the same message will show up multiple
times.

Although our colleague, Mr. Wing, will never be forgiven
for taking Ed Zollars side against me on a constructive
receipt issue, he is absolutely correct in his above
statements.

Default MODERATOR: Resolved ISP problems

My shell account was going up and down like a rodeo bull
for the last week. I do not believe I lost any posts.

However, some spam got past my filter and I still can't
figure out how.

Also I am now posting a note on all top-posts I receive.
I believe I gave the analogy from the men's room stating:
"Please don't throw cigarette butts in the urinal.
It makes them wet and hard to light."

That's how I feel about top-posting.
