Default Rental 2nd loan deductibility

I did some searches but can not find a direct answer. If I
take out a secured second loan on my rental for $80k to
aquire another rental property, will that interest be
deductible on Schedule E of the secured rental or the actual
rental unit that the funds were used to aquire. I already
have a Home equity out on my primary home for 100K.
