She is subject to US tax on her US source income if she is a
nonresident alien. If she is a resident alien (she passes
the substantial presence test) she is subject to US tax on
her worldwide income.

See IRS Pub 519 US Tax Guide for Aliens, for more
information on the substantial presence test and filing
status options for both of you.

Default Foreign Income for non-resident aliens

My wife, who is neither a US citizen nor a US permanent
resident, does work for her father's company, which is
located in Korea.

She works here in the USA while getting incoming from Korea.

Do US income tax laws apply to her?
