Default Kaye Thomas on the 2004 regs about ISOs and 83(b) elections

Kaye claims that the finalized ISO regs unfairly kill anyone
who does an early exercise of an ISO and makes an 83(b)
election on the resulting stock, by stating that the 83(b)
election in essence does not apply, something Kaye sees as
plainly contrary to the language in Section 83 as it refers
to Section 421.
