Federal income taxes paid are never a deduction on your
federal income tax return.

Not on your federal tax return. If your state allows you to
deduct federal taxes, then yes.

No. Federal taxes are never deductible on a federal return.
(Those back federal taxes you paid may be deductible for
your state taxes if your state allows a deduction for
federal income tax paid.)

No. We do not get to deduct taxes paid to the federal
government from our federal taxes.
